Well it is that time of the year again, when towns get their beaches and infrastructure ready for the summer season. Smart towns put concessions stands and whatever else they can on wheels and take them out of harm’s way in the late Fall and Winter when the worst storms happen. The best example we can find is the Hula Grill in Bradley Beach. It’s on a trailer that is wheeled away in Mid October. Damage from Sandy…zero. Cost to taxpayers to rebuild it…zero.
